2. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Please note that the delivery time is only for reference. The actual delivery time may be varied from uncontrollable factors, such as customs delays, our national holidays, international/your holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for all delays caused by these factors. Please note that delivery time starts from the moment we finish processing your order, and it counts from the day that we upload the delivery number and send the delivery note to you, not the time you placed your order.
3. Processing Time
For In Stock order, the order will ship in 1-3 business days. For the Pre-Order, the order will be shipping in 2 weeks(14 days) or 4 weeks(24 days). If there is any delay for uncontrolled factors, like peak seasons, we will send the email to you. Please understand that. Once we send your package, you will receive an email from us to check your package.
4. Order Tracking
We will send you an email to let you know your package is on the way with the tracking numbers. You can use check the status and location of your package through the carrier's website with these tracking numbers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All packages are delivered duty-free. If import taxes apply, they are the responsibility of customers. Customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country's customs regulations, and consumers are responsible for these. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
6. Package Issues

7. Address Issues
Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order, making sure that both are correct. Otherwise, we cannot make sure that you can get your package. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders to the correct address.
